We recommend you read these terms and conditions and print them off for reference:

1. All artists entering must have at least one member with a Merseyside postcode for the PUMA Liverpool competition or a postcode for Greater Manchester for the PUMA Manchester competition.

2. All band members must be aged 18 or over at the time of the event.

3. Entries must be received by 10th of April to be considered for PUMA Liverpool and by 24th April to be considered for PUMA Manchester.

4. Bands entering themselves must be available to play at Liverpool O2 Academy 2 on 30th April 2009 for PUMA Liverpool or at Moho Live in Manchester on 14th May 2009.

5. PUMA’s decision is final and PUMA is free to change the rules of the competition at any point.

6. Entry to both PUMA Liverpool and PUMA Manchester events is available only to people aged 18 or above. People aged below 18 years will not be eligible to win tickets to the gig.

7. No cash alternative to prizes is available.

8. Winners of the competition will be required to take part in publicity activity for PUMA.
